    I AM NOT MADE OF SUGAR !!!! I kept telling it to myself this morning when there was a 100% chance of rain in the next hour, « I am not made of sugar » in the shower, during breakfast, when lacing my shoes, when putting my helmet on, when heading outside. Once at work I said again with a smile : «  apparently I am not made of sugar ». I think a lot of people actually need to figure it out because it is so true and we ignore it !!
